Barry Chan is now the Chief Digital Officer and Head of FINNOSpace, (FORMS FinTech Innovation Centre) of FORMS HK, where he leads the development of virtual asset and cryptocurrency ecosystems.

Barry has a reputation for providing trustworthy advice to banking and financing institutions that are undergoing the fintech revolution. Prior to joining FORMS HK, Barry was formerly the IBM Consulting Partner - Financial Services Sector Leader, with 20+ years of experience in consultancy business.

Emil is a FinTech evangelist with over 20 years experience in managing IT and business transformation projects in international financial institutions. He had worked for several sizeable international banks including Credit Suisse and BayernLB as the roles of First Vice President, Head of IT in Asia Pacific, Project Director and Operations Manager AP. He has extensive experience in both Business and IT consulting encompassing the design, setup, leading and managing of cross-border projects throughout Asia. He is the adjunct professor, visiting lecturer as well as advisor of various departments of local universities including HKU, PolyU, CityU, Hang Seng U, Lingnan U and VTC.

In the past 10 years, he participated actively in voluntary community services in related to popular adoption of technology. He is the Founding Chairman of the Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing Professionals, The FinTech Committee Chairman of the Smart City Consortium, Hon. Secretary and Board Member of Invotech, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Association, Supervisory Committee Member of iProA and the Honorary Chairman of StartHK. He is a mentor of the HK Cyberport Mentors Network, Guangzhou CP-Nest Incubator of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chief Judge of the HK ICT Startup Award 2019. In order to unleash Hong Kong's potential and play a new role in the Greater Bay Area, Emil also hosts seminars, delivers public speeches and publishes articles of FinTech related topics on local newspapers and interviewed by various media from time to time.

Raymond Chan is now CEO & Director of Metaverse Securities Limited, a subsidiary of 9F Inc (NASDAQ: JFU). He was first appointed as Managing Director of Ether Global (formerly known as 9F International) in October 2018 and is responsible for applying financial and virtual bank licenses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Lithuania and China. He is also responsible for “Tech Enabling” businesses in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets. In October 2019, Raymond was also appointed the General Manager of Niche Global Fintech, a subsidiary of 9F, and is responsible for applying Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence and related business and operations in EU Area. In 2020, Raymond was selected “Leader of the Year” by IFTA.

Raymond is well-known as the founder of the first virtual banking, inMotion of CITIC Bank International, launched in Hong Kong before any virtual bank licenses was issued. In 2017, he led the Bank to successfully obtain HKMA’s approval of eKYC and changes of related laws to make it possible. His contributions enable the first ever remote account opening in Hong Kong to accomplish without branch visits, wet signatures and address proofs.

Raymond has been working in the banking industry for more than 25 years and holding management positions in major banks. Before joining 9F, he was General Manager of China CITIC Bank International and Head of Marketing of ICBC (Asia). His career covers all areas in banking including head of e-Business, Marketing, Branch Network, Call Centre, Sales & Distribution, operations and technical services from HSBC, Standard Chartered, ICBC to CITIC.

Calvin is the founder and CEO of Wizpresso, a Hong Kong-based technology company specializing in capital markets AI and software. Wizpresso offers research, reporting, and due diligence solutions for capital markets underpinned by cutting-edge deep learning and NLP technologies. Wizpresso is the HKICT Grand FinTech Awards winner and has also won numerous accolades in recent years including the Champion of Maker in China 2022, EPIC 2021 – Fintech champion, IFTA’s Fintech Award 2021, and etnet’s Fintech Award 2020. Wizpresso is an alumnus of the Cyberport Incubation Programme, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park’s BSFI Accelerator Programme, and Hong Kong Trade and Development Council’s Startup Express.

Calvin has 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, and product. He previously worked in Global Banking at HSBC, where he covered client strategy and business development for institutional clients across Asia-Pacific. Calvin is the 1st Laureate of the BOCHK Science & Technology Innovation Prize. Calvin is also a visiting Lecturer in Fintech at HKU Space and an MBA mentor at The University of Hong Kong. As a Hongkonger with strong Canadian ties, he has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement by the Consul General of Canada in Hong Kong and Macao in recognition of his achievements in Hong Kong. Calvin holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree with distinction from Ivey Business School. Calvin is a CFA charter holder.

Mr. Aldous Mak is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with more than 20 years’ experience in financial planning, controllership, risk management, corporate advisory, business operations and financial system integration. He joined HKSTP as Chief Financial Officer in May 2019 to oversee long term strategic development planning, Finance, IT, Controllership, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, as well as providing advice on investments, corporate development, and business decisions. He is also leading on-going efforts within the Corporation to drive efficiency and effectiveness to maximise the business results.

Aldous obtained his Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Accountancy) and Master degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He began his career as an Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong. Prior to joining HKSTP, he held various management roles, including Director of Finance, at Hong Kong Disneyland. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In WeBank (one of the largest digital banks in the world), Juni is responsible for unleashing the value of WeBank technology and promoting collaboration in the global FinTech industry. By leveraging on the proven experience and excellent WeBank technology (incl. AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing and Big Data), Juni articulates the strategy and drives the contribution to enable the breakthrough of the advanced digital transformation in the financial services industries.

Juni is a high tech industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience. Prior to WeBank, Juni has taken up various leadership roles, incl. Global VP of the Transport, Logistics and Automotive Industries and VP for Security in Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) in BT Global Services; Managing Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan at F5 Networks; as well as different sales leadership roles in the SaaS and Application Business Units during her 15 years of tenure in Oracle.

Earlier in her career, Juni worked in the Strategy Consultancy at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting advising clients on strategic decisions, ranging from China entry strategy, product and marketing strategy, to e-business strategy.

Victor Yim is the head of fintech of Hong Kong Cyberport management company limited, Cyberport is an innovative digital community with over 1,650 start-ups and technology companies. It is managed by Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, which is wholly owned by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Cyberport is committed to nurturing a vibrant tech ecosystem by cultivating talent, promoting entrepreneurship among youth, supporting start-ups on their growth journey, fostering industry development by promoting collaboration with local and international partners and integrating new and traditional economies by accelerating digital adoption in the public and private sectors.

Victor is head of Fintech at Cyberport supporting 450+ fintech companies in HK. Before joining Cyberport, Victor created the eKYC (electronic know your customer) solutions for TransUnion which are still being used by majority of the retail banks and SVF in HK including HSBC, Payme and Hang Seng bank.

Victor graduated from the University of Hong Kong with first class honour of degree in computer engineering and he is a PhD candidate (Computer Science) at the University of Hong Kong, focuses on Natural Language Processing applications on Regtech and Sustainable Fintech.

Victor has over 20 years of experience in the international tech industry and he has held senior positions with different multinational corporations, including TransUnion, Experian, Nice Actimize, SAS Institute and IBM. He has helped these companies to penetrate the ASEAN and China market focusing on Regtech and Financial Crime Risk Solutions.
